Are there deliveries outside of Oléron Island?
NO, except with agreement and conditions.
What are the delivery conditions?
Your order must be for a minimum of €100, for a rental period of six days, and be at least 3 km from one of our stores during the season.
! PLEASE NOTE!
If you are absent, there will be no second pick-up.
You can change your location, but you must return your bikes to one of the VELOS 17 LOISIRS stores of your choice between 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
You must inform the delivery service. A €10 return fee per bike will apply if the return location is not respected.
Should I call to confirm my order?
NO, the procedure is automatic.

What documents do I need on the day I collect my order?
All you need to do is retrieve your order number. You’ll find it in the PDF that was sent to you when you placed your order.
Can I get a refund?
*ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order by going to the “My Account” page. There is a €15 cancellation management fee.
*EARLY RETURN OF BIKES
See Article 12 on the back of your contract. No refunds will be issued. A credit note will be issued upon request. We only apply refunds in cases of:
Illness, accident, or death, and upon presentation of supporting documentation. (A €15 management fee will be applied in all cases.)

*ORDER MODIFICATION
If the rental amount becomes less than the amount already paid and you request a refund, a €15 management fee will be applied in all cases. Make a request by email to contact[@]velos17loisirs.com and it will be processed within two weeks maximum at the end of the rental period.
