Are there deliveries outside the island of Oléron?
NO, except by agreement and conditions.

What are the delivery conditions?
Your order must be for a minimum amount of 80 euros and for a rental period of 6 days and be at least 3 km away from one of our stores in season.

Should I call to confirm my order?
NO, the procedure is automatic.

Should I wait for confirmation by e-mail?
NO, the system is automatic.

What documents do I need on the day of picking up my order?
You just need to retrieve your order number. You will find it in the PDF sent to you when you placed your order.

Can I get a refund?
*ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order by going to the “my account” page. Cancellation management fee 15€.
– a management fee of €20 will be applied in all other cases.
*EARLY RETURN OF BIKES
See article 12 on the back of your contract, There are no refunds. A credit note will be given to you on request. We apply the refund only in the case of:
Illness, accident, death and on presentation of proof. (A management fee of €15 will be applied in all cases.)

If the amount of the rental becomes less than the amount already paid and you request a refund, a management fee of €15 will be applied in all cases.
