DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND AREAS

THE DELIVERIES :

From 01/07 to 31/08, They are done every day in the morning, between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. The rest of the year on request.

– the delivery person will contact you to give you the delivery time.
– the rental period includes the delivery time.

THE RETURNS :

From 01/07 to 31/08, they take place every evening between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., the rest of the year on request.

– you receive an SMS in the morning which will confirm the recovery time slot.
– the rental period includes the recovery time.

! WARNING !
If you are absent there is no second pass.
A change on your part is possible, but requires you to return your bikes to one of the VELOS 17 LOISIRS stores of your choice from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
You must inform the delivery service.
