What size bike should I choose?
These guidelines are provided for informational purposes only to help you choose the correct size.
Children’s Bikes
- 14-inch: 3 to 4 years old – 90 to 110 cm
- 16-inch: 4 to 6 years old – 105 to 120 cm
- 20-inch: 6 to 8 years old – 115 to 135 cm
- 24-inch: 8 to 11 years old – 135 to 150 cm
- 26 inches: from 11 years old – generally corresponds to a 6-speed adult bike
Adult Bikes – 6 Speed (S/M)
- Suitable from 11/12 years old
- From 150 cm
- Size S: 150 to 159 cm
- Size M: 160 to 174 cm
- Size L: 170 to 184 cm
- Size XL: 180 to 195 cm

What time are deliveries made?

Are there deliveries outside of Oléron Island?
NO, except with agreement and conditions.
What are the delivery conditions?
Your order must be for a minimum of €100, for a rental period of six days, and be at least 3 km from one of our stores during the season.
! PLEASE NOTE!
If you are absent, there will be no second pick-up.
You can change your location, but you must return your bikes to one of the VELOS 17 LOISIRS stores of your choice between 10:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
You must inform the delivery service. A €10 return fee per bike will apply if the return location is not respected.
Should I call to confirm my order?
NO, the procedure is automatic.
Should I wait for email confirmation?
NO, the system is automatic.
What documents do I need on the day I collect my order?
All you need to do is retrieve your order number. You’ll find it in the PDF that was sent to you when you placed your order.
Can I get a refund?
*ORDER CANCELLATION
To be amended as follows:
You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled date by going to the “My Account” page.
A €15 cancellation fee will be applied.
For any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the rental date, a €30 fee will be charged. The request must be sent by email to contact@velos17loisirs.com with the order reference.
*EARLY RETURN OF BICYCLES
To be amended as follows:
In accordance with Article 12 on the back of your contract, no refund will be issued in the event of an early return.
A credit note may be issued upon request.
A refund may only be granted in the following cases:
• Illness
• Accident
• Death
Proof must be provided for the person concerned.
No refund will be granted for other persons.
All requests must be sent by email to contact@velos17loisirs.com with your order reference.
They will be processed within a maximum of two weeks after the end of the rental period.
